New Carpet Update (Keep it Clean)

Owners, Residents.

Once again, we would like to thank all of you for all the work and support each one of you did and gave the association to advance us and help improve our home and investment.

We now need your help to remind your contractors that are doing renovation and work in your units to respect our property our hallways and our elevators. Making sure they keep our hallways and elevators clean.
 
Please, have them place floor protection down on our floors and clean up after themselves as of today.
We are having security remind them and enforce this and any violator that is in violation of this will receive a fine from us and will be subject of denial or entry to our property.
This way we start on the right foot.
They need to respect our home. 
Each one of you with your dollars have invested and contributed to the purchase and installation of our new carpets.

Gracias por todo el trabajo a avanzar nosotros nuestro alfombras nuevas.
